About Floriano Arresti
From Wikipedia: Floriano Maria Arresti was taught organ and counterpoint by his father Giulio Cesare Arresti. In 1689 he went to Rome, where he became a student of Bernardo Pasquini and organist at the church of Santa Maria in Trastevere. Until 1691 he was conductor of the collegiate church of San Lorenzo Martire in Sant'Oreste. In 1696 he asked to be allowed to take over his father's position as organist of the Basilica of San Petronio in Bologna, but this was initially denied. It was not until 1703 that he held this position.
